2 x 2 Multiplication

this week we have been doing some 2 x 2 multiplication, Here's mine.

Today we started our class novel "The Mines Afire!" and we had to do some comprehension questions to make sure we understood what we were reading! We had to put what we would've missed if we lived in 1896, my top priority was my bath and unlimited wifi. Here's mine!

The Best Thing About 2018...
The best thing for me in 2018 was getting into Westamaths and then Making it on to Cantamaths. I feel that going to both Westamaths and Cantamaths has really improved my maths skills. 

Something I'm Proud Of In 2018...
I am proud of getting a stanine 9 in maths because last year I was only a stanine 7 last year, I am also proud of going beyond my comfort zone and getting on the paddle board.

Goals For 2019...
One of my goals for 2019 is to keep getting better and better at my maths so I make it into both Westamaths and Cantmaths again next year.

Country Study

This term we have each been given a country and had to answer a lot of questions about it i was given the country Seychelles You've probably never heard of it well I hadn't but i still had to do my study. if you have never heard of it then watch the video below and you should know heaps

Testing __________________________________

This week in T2 at Grey Main School we have been busy doing all our testing, eg writing, reading, maths and spelling. for my maths test     ( witch is my favourite subject ) I got a stanine 9 wich is the best stanine you can get!

Descriptive writing

This week we have been doing descriptive writing about a specific photo and this is my writing

The blood red roses darken the woods as I was blinded by the sun piercing through the trees as it makes a reflection from the creek. The sweet scent of flora covering the forest floor as the trickling water flowing softly down the stream a voice telling me to follow as she steps closer to me drowns out the creek when the metallic taste of the expired water in my bottle when I feel the nerves in my stomach telling me to run but my body decides to stay where it is in the Ice cold creek beneath me, with the frozen water leaking through my shoes I decide to stay and see what this person wants . . .
